The Forestburgh Playhouse will be host to outstanding original artwork by Russell Young, Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Lichtenstein, Indiana, Dine, Banksy, Mr. Brainwash, Swoon, Fairey, And more. Each show at the Playhouse & it’s accompanying cabaret will be showcasing a specifically curated grouping of art on display in the Tavern. We recommend purchasing advanced tickets to a show and viewing the art before and/or after the performance. Each group will only be on display for two weeks.

The art IS for sale and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Playhouse.

The first selection being shown will be by world renowned artist Russell Young.

[ Russell Young (British, b.1959) was born in Northern England and spent his first few months in foster care. He was adopted by Ken and Lesley Young when he was four months old. The family moved further north, where the weather was cold and rainy. As a child, Young considered his world to be dark, and he developed a fascination with American culture. He disliked school and often skipped class. He enjoyed punk music and watching soccer matches. Young attended Chester Art College where he studied photography, film, and graphic design.
